Overview

Verizon’s Network Topology Visualizer (NTV) is an award-winning, AI-powered network visualization tool that delivers an industry-first end-to-end view of Verizon’s network. Designed to empower strategic decision-makers, NTV provides real-time insights into network topology and inventory, enabling enhanced planning, proactive management, and superior customer experience.

Leveraging Radiant Digital’s Generative AI-powered Low Code/No Code platform (Design-to-Code Accelerator), Verizon was able to rapidly design, develop, and deploy the tool with fully functional responsive code in under three weeks. This breakthrough earned Verizon IDG’s CIO 100 Award in 2024.

Challenge

Verizon needed a solution that could:

  • Translate massive, complex network data into meaningful, actionable visualizations.
  • Improve the efficiency of network planning and troubleshooting.
  • Enhance collaboration between design and development teams.
  • Provide real-time utilization insights and performance metrics to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify poor data quality regions to mitigate planning delays and service disruptions.

Solution

Radiant Digital designed and delivered a cutting-edge solution combining AI-powered automation, user-centric design, and advanced visualization capabilities:
