Vienna, Virginia – We are excited to announce that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) has selected Radiant Digital‘s wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon Systems, Inc (BeaconGov), to provide Communications Consulting Services to support their Reemployment Assistance Modernization program (RA Mod).
Dr. Shankar Rachakonda, CEO of Radiant Digital, said that BeaconGov currently supports the Strategic Programs Office (SPO) effort for the RA Mod program and noted that he is very proud and excited about the opportunity to support DEO in its communication efforts to highlight the importance of the RA Mod program to the citizens of Florida.
Within the scope of this engagement, BeaconGov will deliver project management, documentation review, logo development, brand guidelines, plain language development, and translation to Spanish and Haitian Creole. In addition, we’ll work closely with a large cohort of stakeholders at DEO to make the Reemployment Assistance application and related documents more intuitive and understandable for Florida citizens. These improvements are intended to promote Floridians’ self-sufficiency and, within DEO, improve accountability, performance, and integrity while eliminating manual, error-prone, and labor-intensive processes.
